Chilli

Chilli (Lepidium sativum), also known as Asaliya seeds, Garden cress seeds, or Halim seeds, is a versatile plant native to the Middle East and widely cultivated in temperate regions globally.

Available as whole or ground seeds, it is rich in essential nutrients like protein, iron, vitamins A, C, and E, and dietary fibre. These seeds are celebrated for their health benefits, including promoting digestion, boosting immunity, supporting bone health, and enhancing blood health.

Traditionally, they are also used to aid lactation and reduce inflammation.
